Our Conviction.

We are not an app company.
We believe in something much bigger.

We are part of the movement that is about changing the way economics work for the average American, providing them a pathway to better incomes, more flexibility while providing a future. We accomplish this through better opportunities, real jobs that leverage their skills and talents. Work that is much more meaningful than mindlessly driving a car.

Our Thesis.

Covid has changed everything. Millions of small businesses have collapsed over the past year, yet much of the things that need fixing and building are still here. As we face the long road to economic recovery, we also face changes to minimum wage and business regulations that will change the way companies work and hire for many roles. In this space, we firmly believe that the gig-economy will continue to expand at faster rates to address these changes to the market. Our nearest competitors have failed to address this market, leaving us a wide space to fill.

Our Position on Investors.

Let's be upfront and not tiptoe around our position with investors since anyone that spends time with our marketing initiatives will see our clear and explicit anti-investor language. We are very much against traditional investors with traditional mindsets of value return at all costs. Even if that return negatively impacts our environment, our people, our civilization, and the greater good.

It is not that we are against all investors. We are just against extreme profiteers, greed, and oversized egos. We have common market-driven principles that will yield positive returns in growth, social impact, and value creation. We innately understand shareholder value and agree to the fundamentals. The difference with our company is how we prioritize the investors. Traditionally, shareholder value is priority number one. We place social good in position number one, our customers second, our services third, our employees fourth, and finally investors. We are still a for-profit company and will seek to make a "fair" profit and pay a "fair" portion of taxes.
